Tesoro Expansion Project Saga

We’ve been closely following the latest updates on the Tesoro Expansion LARIC Project staring with thousands coming out for the climate march. Two weeks later the South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD) approved the Environmental Impact Report for the project against much opposition. Carson recently filed a notice in Los Angeles Superior Court that it intended to take legal action against the AQMD to halt Tesoro’s LARIC project.
