Vintage Summer Themed Wilmington Art Walk Creates Feeling of Nostalgia

Live music, locally produced art and yummy food trucks set the perfect mood for a summer night in Wilmington. The Avalon Arts & Cultural Alliance did it again with a successful Vintage Summer themed Wilmington Art Walk attracting locals from Wilmington and some outside of the neighborhood to support local artist and businesses. It was definitely a nostalgic celebration with a classic car show and live music by rockabilly swing band Big Sandy and his Fly-Rite Boys¬†getting everyone up and dancing. The Anaheim local band even gave a shout out to “Wilmington Greasers” who showed off their swing dance moves. Every art walk seems to get better and better always making it something to look forward to for all Wilmington residents.
